So sorry I’ve been MIA, but as you can see, I’ve been busy with very important things. Can I just say how wonderful it is to feel so comfortable with my body that I can post pictures of myself at the beach on the internet?

Hi!! I came across your blog AGES ago and loved having a read – especially as I came across your blog as I was getting ready to do my HKC! Anyway, I am in the process of creating a new blog and I love the layout of yours and was wondering if you got someone to do it for you or you worked it out for yourself? I can do very basic stuff in wordpress but have been unable to work out how to upload a template (aside from the ones they provide of course). If you could possibly point me in the right direction it would be muchly appreciated. Thanks again and I hope you start blogging again soon! Nicole xx

Hi Nicole! Thanks for your feedback. I love this template but it is a major pain to get everything working correctly, and I am working with someone to redesign my site. It’s a free template, though, and you can find it by clicking in the link in my footer.

I’ve started blogging again, so please enjoy! Would love to see your blog, so link up!

About Me

For many years, I was a typical American working mom, relying on takeout to get me through the busy evenings, and thinking about exercise but too exhausted to find the time. I ballooned from a size six to nearly a size 10 in under a year. I was fat, and I decided I was fed up. My transformation from then to now inspired friends and encouraged me to start this blog. I want other moms to know they don’t need to be satisfied with just “Looking Good (for a mom),” but that they two can make meaningful changes in their lives, health, and fitness.
