Nice meeting you as well. I set my DVR to record the show and, like you, really enjoyed being able to see some things I wasn't able to see in the studio (like how great the Pad Thai looked, the facial expressions of Alexis Stewart during the "whatever" segment, and how you actually make a yarn card). I never watched the monitors in the studio - too busy tweeting and looking around to see what was going on. My eyes were on that prep kitchen a lot - I was very interested in what was going on in there! I need one of those in my home. And it was soundproof too!
